A Message From Judge Bingham
I believe as a judge I am first and foremost a public servant. I exercise objectivity, no matter what my personal beliefs are. Legislation or rule making is best left to another branch of government as our forefathers intended. As a Judge I apply the law, I do not make it.
I understand people want to be heard. They want to be able to produce their situation to a Judge who knows the law, listens impartially, thoughtfully considers all the evidence, and applies the law without prejudice. I am that Judge.
